Our mission is straightforward: take the public data that is already available about these providers and make it simpler to locate, understand, and weigh side by side.
Who we are
We are a compact editorial and engineering group that creates data tools for families, caregivers, researchers, journalists, and advocates. We are not a healthcare provider, a placement agency, a referral service, or a government body. We do not sell care, and we do not accept payment to alter how a provider is displayed in the directory.
What we publish
- Provider profiles assembled from public federal datasets, such as CMS Care Compare, the HRSA Health Center Program, the CMS NPI registry, and HUD.

What we do not do

- We do not rank providers in exchange for money, and no listing is sponsored in any way that changes the underlying data.

How to use the site
Use the directory to shorten your list of providers worth contacting or visiting, and use the source data to prepare your questions. Data may be incomplete or may trail real-world conditions. Always verify the details directly with the provider and with the state agency that licenses it.
